From Our Family to Yours
The Robins family has been in the flooring industry since 1997. Early on we recognized a need in the industry for quality floor coatings. Hightech Performance Coatings was established to fill that need. Since opening our doors we have coated hundreds of thousands of square feet of industrial, commercial and residential floors.
We will not sacrifice on the quality of the products we use. The same products we use for the harshest industrial flooring environments are used in our commercial and residential applications. We are committed to using only the highest quality resinous flooring products.
Projects
COMMERCIAL: Elementary School
Problem: A local school system faced a problem of having Vinyl Asbestos Tile throughout the building. The cost of removal and remediation was more than the cost of the new flooring.
Solution: Hightech Performance Coatings encapsulated the V.A.T. with a synthetic gypsum overlay system with a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer. A decorative flake floor matching school colors was installed revitalizing the entire building into beautiful high wear flooring system with minimal maintenance requirements.
RESIDENTIAL: Basement
A local family wanted to come up with a durable high end look for their basement rec area. Hightech Performance Coatings installed a beautiful metallic pigment flooring system with a high wear urethane topcoat. This floor not only looks great but is extremely durable and easy to maintain. A great fit for an active family!
RETAIL: Autoparts Showroom
An aging auto parts store wanted to spruce up the showroom. Hightech Performance Coatings provided a custom color flake system to match their company colors. The floor turned out great, giving them a low maintenance, durable solution to update their facility.
INDUSTRIAL: City Maintenance Shop
A local municipality had an old Quonset hut they wanted to convert into a maintenance shop for their equipment fleet. Hightech Performance Coatings provided a high build epoxy flooring system with our high wear urethane top coat. This system is an economical coating system that will provide many years of a durable abrasion resistant and cleanable surface.
